Ok, so we’ve been pulling our gorgeous silky (cuz it’s kinda greasy) hair out over here trying to get the Divi blog module to stop cropping one of our client’s beautiful food images. Despite there being plenty of articles out there on WordPress media sizes, image cropping, how to disable the Divi theme from cropping images for the blog module, etc, none of these methods worked.
At long last we discovered a very informative post on a French website dedicated to Divi, and we are grateful that the author has taken the time to make an English translation of it. This article solved the issue and we think it’s worth sharing as 1) we hadn’t heard of the Simple Image Sizes plugin before and it is pretty wicked cool, 2) it is extremely detailed and helps with many different scenarios of image cropping issues with Divi, and 3) French is cute.
