Our Most Common Questions / Concerns
How Much Of My Time Do You Need?
You’ll see progress during (and enjoy) each website review call, will have continual confirmation of your upcoming launch date, and even learn how to make changes to the site internally when it’s complete… all within less than 10 hours of your time.
So you can, you know, do your actual job.
How Long Will My Project Take?
The average project is 10-12 weeks. We start with a kick-off call and meet for an hour every 2-3 weeks. Once the project is launched, we host a short training meeting to make sure you know the ends and outs of your kick-ass site.
If you prefer a different timeline, we can adjust as needed.
Will There Be Any Surprise Invoices?
No. The only time the project cost will change is if you request a change in scope. All projects have flat-rate pricing based on your needs. Pricing is broken down during contract negotiations. If you request a change in scope, you will be informed of any cost associated with those changes before the work is performed.
I've Been Ghosted Before. How Do You Insure That Doesn't Happen?
Unfortunately, Ghosting is common in our industry and something we actively fight against. In an effort to combat concern we set detailed timelines, have weekly check-ins via email, and assign each project a POC who is trained to practice prompt response to all client communication. Before your project kicks off, you will have received workshop, launch, and training dates.
What If I'm Unhappy With The Final Product?
If you are not 100% happy with a website we created for you, simply return it for a full refund.

I'm So Busy! What Do You Need From Me To Get Started?
In short, NOTHING! Truly. We do not need you to prepare a bunch of content.
You’re the expert in what you do, but this is our jam. Not sure how many pages you need or what content should be on the page? No worries! We’ll schedule a call to talk about your company, your services, and the pain points you can address for your clients. Based on that information, our team will create content for us to review in the next workshop call.
What About Project Scope and Timeline?
We’ll spend some time together on the phone after we ensure what you need is within our specialty, and plan out the project scope and timeline together. We’ll also set your project launch date which is then included in the project contract.
Will I Be Able To Make Changes To My Finished Website?
YES! We will build your new website in a user-friendly way so that you don’t have to understand code to be able to update the content on your own site. Training is provided upon completion of the project and ongoing training is available upon request.
What About Ongoing Maintenance?
We offer affordable Care Plans that can be customized to suit your needs. When creating your website, every decision was made with long-term flexibility and ease of editing in mind. That allows for quick turn-around times for any ticket submitted to our support team. Average completion for edits is 1-3 business days depending on the size and complexity of your request.
