Crafts On Wheelz

Crafts On Wheelz is a mobile art studio and birthday party bus that needed a website as bright and colorful as its crafts. As a mother of triplets, a librarian, an instructional designer and a leadership coach, Jill was big on passion and creativity, but short on time.

In addition to website design and development, we were also engaged for our system design and integration services. We researched, selected and implemented an online booking system that met Jill’s criteria, had an excellent user experience, and integrated with the CRM solution we found that would work best for the party booking and payment flow. Along with these systems, online deposit functionality was enabled and set up with a seamless and affordable payment processing system. We then integrated these systems both with each other so information and bookings would flow seamlessly between them, and also with the website so visitors could easily make selections and book parties in a few simple and delightful steps.

We could not be more delighted with how this website creation came to life and enjoyed every minute of helping Jill turn her passion into an active business. We are sad to say that after several years in operation, Crafts On Wheelz closed during the COVID pandemic, but we hope one day she’ll be up and running again.
