Emerywood Baptist Church
Emerywood Baptist Church reached out to our team because their website wasn’t capturing their incredible community’s purpose and identity. The Emerywood congregation is warm and inclusive, their history is unique and interesting, their grounds are gorgeous, and their mission is beautiful. Their existing website had become stagnant, dated, and uninformative. Our mission was to create a new design that would give visitors the information they needed in a way that stayed true to the vibrant church culture.
Working with Pastor Timothy at Emerywood was pretty much as fun as our job gets. We even had the pleasure to visit the church in High Point, North Carolina to present the first review meeting in person, thanks to the church’s request and generosity. Our favorite touch on the updated website is the light effect that shines down from their updated logo, as if the sun were shining through the church windows.

Hooked On Code was truly amazing! When starting this project we were not for sure what we wanted or even how to represent our identity. However, the were able to make a site that stands out and really tell our story!
