Website Creation
Identity House
Real Estate Company
Identity House Real Estate is a luxury real estate group focusing on the Frisco, Plano, and Dallas, Texas areas. They had been working in a boxed website where they had very little control over the design and layout of their website, and wanted to move into something unique and modern that they could have a high level of control over. We built a custom website for them within WordPress, integrating the Home Junction suite of products including IDX/search features. The result is a modern, responsive website that highlights the unique aspects of the group, stands out from competitors, enables lead capture and partner advertisements, and allows for easy editing and updating.
The Hooked on Code team are true professionals in their field and are a pleasure to work with. They were the contracted web developers for a new website launch that would be the showcase piece of a real estate marketing campaign to launch in Q1 of 2015. The client was a visionary leader with very specific requirements for the function and the design of a website to offer a new & unique online experience. HOC handled this challenge with ease and created a beautiful end product that exceeded expectations on every level. Myself being the project manager, they were very proactive in keeping on time with critical milestones, communicating resources needed, problem solving and delivering the final product at cost and on time. I look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
The Problem:
Walkabout Collaborative had functioned as a start-up with a scrolling 1-page website with Wix for long enough. When the COVID pandemic hit, their virtual real estate platform exploded with new users and clients from across the globe, and their website needed a quick turnaround redesign to properly represent their unique, capable, and über-relevant technology company accurately to potential clients and investors.
The Solution:
Hooked On Code performed a full-service website redesign including various visitor persona discussions, branding and look and feel, structure and purpose of content, copywriting assistance, responsive website creation using WordPress and the client-friendly and flexible Divi Theme, and a recorded client training upon launch to facilitate self-service edits.
This growing virtual workplace company is now supported and not hindered by their website, and has the flexibility to make changes and additions as necessary to keep up with changes in the global economy and their platform’s growth.
