East Lake Pet Talk + Podcast is a community focused interactive podcast website presented by the East Lake Veterinary Hospital. Their project goals for the website redesign included:
- Refresh visual appearance of the website with the goal of having a cleaner, simpler interface.
- Ensure website is responsive (adapt automatically to look great on all devices including smartphones and tablets).
- Tailor how the content is organized and available for viewers. Consider using Categories/Tags to organize Posts.
- Aim to increase the informational and educational value of the website.
- Increase length of time visitors spend on the website.
- Increase number of newsletter subscribers – work on determining and communicating benefits of newsletter. Create a ‘success’ page to direct visitors to after successful newsletter subscription.
- Create an open channel of communication for greater engagement on our content.
- Add a social media feed plugin to display social media activity to website visitors.
- Create a page of ‘Recommended Products’ featuring Amazon Affiliate products.
